Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish processes, templates, and tools to agree cost and schedule baselines, then monitor performance against them in a controlled way.
  • •Identify trends and root causes of deviations using lead and lag indicators, and recommend remedial actions to drive best value.
  • •Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets and apply governance controls to support successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate change management workflows, including adding, tracking, monitoring, and approving changes with the project team.
  • •Run and support planning sessions to compile the master programme schedule (including critical path), incorporate risks via Monte Carlo, and produce time/cost/quality reporting dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in project controls coordination across the program/risk/reporting lifecycle.
  • •Ability to identify corrective actions from facts and figures, critically evaluating information from multiple sources.
  • •Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • •Commitment to providing excellent service, with the reliability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • •Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines as needed.
