Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter transaction data in designated front-end system and review details including equipment cost, description/location, pricing, tax, and internal transaction parameters.
  • •Review approvals, prepare documentation, and work with account managers, internal departments, vendors, and customers to close transactions.
  • •Ensure financing packages are complete and accurate for funding, and perform follow-up activities with clients when needed.
  • •Verify that documentation, system requirements, and internal controls are satisfied for existing and new business.
  • •Support procedure/process improvement and training; mentor more junior equipment finance sales coordinators.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in Business/Accounting or Economics, or equivalent related experience.
  • •3+ years of related sales support experience in the financial industry and/or equipment finance.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferred).
  • •Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues.
  • •Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and ability to quickly learn additional systems/software.
