Events Producer - HOKA

Plan and execute HOKA’s EMEA road event partnerships, partnering with the EMEA Events Assistant Manager to deliver premium consumer experiences across the region. Own end-to-end coordination from concept through on-site activation, building relationships with event organisers, agencies, athletes, and cross-functional teams. Manage timelines, logistics, reporting, budgets (forecasting, invoices, KPIs), and stakeholder communications while ensuring each touchpoint supports brand visibility and commercial/marketing goals.
