Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the industrialization of OS to ensure quality, safety and reliability of future product deliveries
  • •Ensure TC&D processes align with Mobile Connectivity Solutions market needs and Thales quality/security requirements
  • •Guide solution/product interfaces in applying or creating processes, from defining internal requirements to customization and client validation
  • •Drive communication and deployment of processes within MCS members to ensure effective adoption aligned with business goals
  • •Collaborate with TC&D interfaces (BE, CS, Product/Solution Managers, Industry, Sales, Clients) to adapt processes, strengthen organizational efficiency and prepare for external audits

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (School of engineering or Master in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science)
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Mobile Connectivity Solutions — TC&D, Product Lines, Verticals or R&D, or 7 years in a similar role
  • •Strong project/product/program management culture and experience with MCS processes and audits
  • •Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with synthesis and organizational skills
  • •Excellent communication and ability to work in international, multicultural teams with fluent English
