Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality Jira support and act as a key point of contact for end-user support, requests, and incident resolution across Jira, Confluence, and MyRequest.
  • •Participate in the evaluation, testing, and migration from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian SaaS Cloud.
  • •Gradually take ownership of application configurations, user access/security management, and workflow updates in both DC and Cloud environments.
  • •Identify automation opportunities, optimize system performance, and improve technical documentation.
  • •Support continuous evolution of Jira, Confluence, and the MyRequest Portal as part of the AITSM team.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience supporting web applications, cloud-based SaaS systems, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • •Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (cloud-based experience or Atlassian certifications are a plus).
  • •Familiarity with basic scripting, APIs, or server environments (Linux/Windows).
  • •Proactive, positive team player who enjoys working in an Agile way.
  • •Fluent and ready to work in English.
