Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation and execution of the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program across the plant.
  • •Manage clean-in-place systems and maintain/define cleaning standards (time-to-clean and sanitation sequencing).
  • •Analyze sanitation data and trends, develop actions, and oversee KHMS system and operational standards to achieve targeted RCR.
  • •Provide leadership and training for production personnel to complete sanitation tasks per schedules; maintain chemical safety procedures and MSDS compliance.
  • •Manage the sanitation staff, internal cleaning/sanitation audit program, and sanitation verification/validation programs; develop and manage the department operating budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in manufacturing or supervisory experience is required.
  • •Knowledge of HACCP, microbiology, sanitation, chemical safety, pest control, and quality systems.

  • •Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OHSA, FDA, USDA, and EPA.
