Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute third-party risk, cost management, business continuity, and other non-financial risk activities, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion with appropriate escalation.
  • •Understand and manage risks associated with delivery services and engagement(s), ensuring regular monitoring and documentation review per governance requirements.
  • •Identify and track control deficiencies and performance issues, ensuring remediation and timely follow-up.
  • •Deliver management information on cost and headcount performance and provide projections for monthly forecasting and annual planning.
  • •Execute activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workforce and cost data while supporting oversight across monitoring and remediation for non-financial risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing and reviewing third-party risks and/or non-financial risks in the financial services sector.
  • •Experience in headcount and cost management and analytics.
  • •Understanding of risks and controls frameworks.
  • •Strong financial management and business analysis experience with technical and commercial understanding of reported numbers.
  • •Proven relationship management and the ability to work effectively across senior and junior levels in a global organisation.
