Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and continuously improve PAC business processes, including continual improvement projects and BKM alignment.
  • •Facilitate global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap and drive performance improvements with clear accountability.
  • •Review and lead Micron site PAC performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and support alignment to PAC objectives.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and new technology introduction.
  • •Prioritize and lead PAC projects through the full lifecycle (definition to acceptance and review) and communicate issues with an appropriate cadence.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant Wafer Fab experience.
  • •Experience leading PAC/wafer fab performance improvement initiatives and aligning teams to objectives.
  • •Good communication in English.
  • •Willing to travel.
