Key Responsibilities

  • •Own local relationships with English dubbing studios, timed-text and DL/PLDL vendors, and talent partners through tactical syncs, strategic reviews, and escalation of key matters.
  • •Train, align, and support partners so they can meet Netflix’s quality bar using self-QC and local expertise as the default.
  • •Run tiered title engagement: directly review high-priority assets and use data and partner escalation for the rest, including audio and timed-text QC.
  • •Steward language-specific style guides and creative excellence guidelines; evolve them using learnings from title-level work and new formats/workflows.
  • •Diagnose language health using quality metrics and member feedback, track vendor performance, and help define fit-for-purpose standards as ASR/machine translation/TQ models and automation reshape localization workflows.
