Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the Spanish and international Health & Safety team and manage H&S providers.
  • •Create the strategy to ensure Health & Safety KPIs and OKRs are met.
  • •Ensure employee consultation and participation via coordination of H&S committees.
  • •Represent the company in matters such as work inspections and unions; lead documentation and record management for labor inspections.
  • •Lead or support occupational incident investigations and corrective actions; develop and run emergency planning, health surveillance, and H&S training programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s in occupational health & safety under Spanish law.

  • •Strong knowledge of Spanish H&S regulations, including experience implementing H&S processes and conducting accident investigations, risk assessments, emergency planning, and work inspections.
