Key Responsibilities

  • •Visually and mechanically inspect panelboards to verify engineered/assembled components meet customer requirements by referencing drawings, codes, and quality documents.
  • •Conduct electrical and mechanical tests (e.g., Hi-Pot and continuity) to confirm proper function and document non-conformances.
  • •Follow procedures and carry out assignments from management/internal customers to fulfill orders on time.
  • •Ensure revisions released to the production floor are incorporated and that correct current documentation and component literature are included.
  • •Document and communicate non-conformances, support rework, transfer incomplete jobs between shifts, and assist as an informal trainer for complex tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates residing within 50 mile radius of the Sumter facility will be considered.
  • •Computer literate and working knowledge of Lean concepts (preferred)
