Key Responsibilities

•On-Site Safety Leadership: Provide dedicated safety oversight for active deployments and operational data centers, serving as the primary safety point of contact for internal teams and external contractors.
•Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess risks to workers, making recommendations and developing action plans to reduce risk as appropriate.
•HSE Program Development: Develop and implement various HSE processes, including Right to Know policies and Hazard Communication programs to support a safe and compliant work environment.
•Compliance and Reporting: Monitor compliance with all federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures; monitor and report on HSE objectives and metrics, ensuring HSE is part of management discussions.
•Incident Management: Facilitate thorough incident investigations and lead root cause analysis, follow up on corrective actions, reports, and audits.

Travel: High travel
