Job Summary

Lead the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) accounting team, owning day-to-day operations and people leadership for I2C Specialists. Serve as the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) focal point and coordinate as an External/Internal Audit focal point for relevant processes supporting the Order-to-Cash cycle. Partner with Credit, Customer Service Managers, and process owners to translate business strategies into operational excellence, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead an Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) team of I2C Specialists, including performance management, staffing, interviewing, coaching, and daily operations.
•Act as SOX focal point and External/Internal Audit focal point, coordinating across functions to support Order-to-Cash processes as needed.
•Partner with specified Dow Businesses as the single point of contact, translating strategies into operational excellence and monitoring business metrics/KPIs.
•Collaborate with Credit, SMEs, and Customer Service Managers; guide collections and disputes processes and resolve operational issues with knowledge of relevant accounting policies.
•Drive standardization and continuous improvement by educating the business on service level agreements, attending leadership meetings, and ensuring compliance through periodic reviews.

Key Requirements

•Lead I2C-related accounting operations with at least 10+ years of working experience.
•Preferred bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or business administration.
•Proficiency in SAP (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
•Fluent in English (spoken and written).
•Strong understanding of work process methodologies related to Invoice to Cash and collections/disputes.
