Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate mission integration and collaboration across USASOC and strategic partners (USSOCOM).
  • •Drive mission-focused synergy and efficiency across cross-functional processes to optimize performance and mission value for SOF requirements.
  • •Maintain knowledge management capabilities (processes, procedures, tools) and deliver KM services for programs.
  • •Lead a team of Strategic Partner Leads and provide interoperability/synchronization services for KM deliverables.
  • •Facilitate KM-chaired boards/working groups, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide communication and reporting on program status, progress, risks, and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts / Science education.
  • •15+ years supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces in SOF core mission areas and core operations (USASOC experience preferred).
  • •5+ years management experience managing US Special Operations requirements and projects.
  • •Active Top Secret required to start; must currently possess TS/SCI.
  • •US citizenship required.
