SUPERVISOR in Training -NIGHTS

Oversee production operations across multiple departments and shifts, ensuring performance aligns with cost, profit, and production goals. Train, develop, coach, and counsel employees while managing department inventory, reporting, and records. Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives, participate in the Safety Committee, and help ensure compliance with UFP policies and applicable law. Work under a manager, using experience and judgment to resolve issues and implement departmental methods.
