Space Planning Coordinator

Support the International Workplace team by developing and issuing site floor plans using AutoCAD and creating test-fit options for workplace projects and BAU small works. Analyse and collate occupancy reports, track utilisation, and help with space analysis and projections. Drive efficiency improvements using CAFM and Power BI reporting, assist with moves and presentations, and provide admin support for planning meetings while coordinating contractors and supplier quotations.
