Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine throughput in critical equipment by working with manufacturing, engineering, production planning, and finance.
  • •Develop manufacturing standards and correlate them with production reports to improve operations and cost estimation.
  • •Support product realization activities including estimation, customer order review, manufacturing using work-centers, and cost improvements.
  • •Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and improve production, manufacturing, and process efficiency across work centers.
  • •Use ERP data and analytical methods (including regression and time-studies) to analyze work centers and support manufacturing incentive systems and product disposition decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
  • •At least one year of experience working with manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • •Programming experience with C++, Visual Basic, or Python.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate clearly (oral and written).
  • •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to recommend and implement corrective action.
