Job Summary

Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for business-critical applications in a 24x7 environment. Monitor application health and performance using enterprise monitoring/observability tools, investigate and resolve incidents within SLAs, and conduct RCA with preventive actions. Manage deployments, release/change activities, troubleshooting across application/infrastructure/database/middleware, and support disaster recovery, documentation, and on-call rotations for cloud-hosted services on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2/Level 3 application production support for business-critical applications in a 24x7 environment.
•Monitor application health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
•Investigate and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines, performing RCA and implementing preventive measures.
•Manage application deployments, releases, and change activities in production, including troubleshooting application, infrastructure, database, and middleware issues.
•Support disaster recovery/business continuity, create and maintain operational documentation (SOPs/knowledge articles), and participate in on-call rotational shifts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•4+ years of experience in Application Production Support or Application Operations.
•Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting in production environments.
•Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITIL best practices).
•Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
