Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions, maintaining courteous conversation, and delivering accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach via outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients as appropriate.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
