Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately capture and process customer orders in the BPCS system.
  • •Coordinate order fulfillment activities and provide reliable delivery commitments.
  • •Ensure on-time and in-full delivery performance for internal and external customers.
  • •Manage and resolve order-related issues, including ACIGN tickets and customer claims.
  • •Monitor supply chain performance indicators such as SIFOT and DIFOT and drive process efficiency by managing order cycle times.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Management, Communication Studies, Technical Studies, or a related qualification.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • •Sound knowledge of customer service, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • •Experience with ERP/order management systems such as BPCS; TMS knowledge is advantageous.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.
