Key Responsibilities

  • •Sample aggregates, ready mix concrete, and concrete masonry products to ensure they meet specifications and project testing parameters.
  • •Learn and support concrete production and testing procedures, including batching ready mix and evaluating test results.
  • •Learn aggregate and concrete masonry production and testing procedures.
  • •Coordinate daily/weekly scheduling with management, plant personnel, crewmembers, and external customers/inspectors to obtain mix design criteria and samples.
  • •Prepare and submit quality control documentation on a timely basis while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following OSHA/PPE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in the concrete industry is preferred.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
