Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Coach, develop, and provide performance feedback to team members; communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and partner with the General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks and delays.
