Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and process complex claims related to fertility treatments, procedures, applicable medications, and related expenses in line with policy and benefit plan designs.
  • •Identify denials, underpayments, and overpayments, and prepare and submit timely, well-documented appeals and reconsiderations.
  • •Communicate with insurance representatives to follow up on appeals and resolve claim issues.
  • •Verify member eligibility and benefits, resolve eligibility discrepancies, and coordinate prior authorizations where applicable.
  • •Post and reconcile payments against expected reimbursement, research underpayments/unapplied cash, and maintain/improve RCM SOPs while escalating systemic patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, benefits management, or insurance billing focused on claims and collections.
