Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the Platform tribe’s strategy by deciding what to build, in what order, and what to stop, translating internal team needs and costs into a leadership-defendable roadmap.
  • •Drive Joker and Gotham: take Joker to a production-grade agent platform and ship Gotham’s permission model so agents act only with appropriate access.
  • •Build an automation layer by exposing scoped tools, defining agent instructions, and applying product judgment to decide when a human interface is necessary.
  • •Migrate off legacy tools where needed and progressively retire systems without breaking daily team workflows.
  • •Own security, compliance, and reliability requirements (identity/access, data retention/minimization, log centralization, audit, and test coverage) and lead the product team growth via hiring, mentoring, and setting discovery/delivery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product experience, including experience leading or mentoring other product managers.
  • •Background with internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products.
  • •AI fluency with hands-on daily use of AI tools and strong opinions on where agents automate vs where humans need interfaces.
  • •Strong technical appetite across infrastructure, identity/permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture (coding not required).
  • •Proven people management track record and stakeholder leadership skills for prioritization, alignment, and trade-offs.
