Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in maintaining and executing the Compliance Program, including regulatory interpretation and support for reporting.
  • •Respond to external requests for information needed for regulatory filings and manage related reporting inquiries.
  • •Lead ethics and compliance projects/implementations and help develop compliance auditing and monitoring strategies.
  • •Review and synthesize regulatory requirements into policy and/or position statements; support code of conduct attestation and remediation.
  • •Perform periodic compliance audits, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring; help identify and resolve compliance issues.
