Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with teams to understand workflows, translate business needs into automation opportunities, and help shape solutions that create capacity.
  • •Challenge current ways of working, eliminate unnecessary steps, and design simpler, more scalable processes before introducing automation.
  • •Build and ship practical AI-powered automations using LLMs, agents, and other tools to prototype, test, and launch.
  • •Integrate existing tools and systems through APIs and automation platforms to streamline information flow and actions.
  • •Document solutions, establish guardrails, enable teams to maintain what you build, and measure outcomes like time saved and efficiency gains.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and applying them to solve business problems.
  • •Responsible AI mindset, including attention to data privacy, security, access controls, and safeguards for sensitive information.
  • •Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions and connecting systems through APIs; comfortable with Python (or similar), SQL, and databases.
