Job Summary

Diagnose and repair customer and warranty issues across engine, powertrain, transmission, and Cummins diesel systems in a factory-authorized Stellantis dealership service department. Perform check-engine and drivability diagnostics, complete module programming and software updates using wiTECH, and communicate findings to advisors through digital inspections and video while following factory procedures and service information.
