Key Responsibilities

  • •Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services across business lines.
  • •Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, service to sales, and appointment setting.
  • •Acquire new customers through prospecting while deepening existing customer relationships and meeting referral goals.
  • •Perform teller and cash transactions, balance cash daily, and resolve customer problems related to deposits, credit, and other products while adhering to compliance and risk policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • •Customer service experience required.
  • •Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
  • •Minimum 1 year in banking or financial services preferred, including developing customer relationships and achieving sales/production goals.
  • •Ability to handle cash transactions and teller duties, with cash handling and teller experience strongly preferred.
