Job Summary

Deliver accurate teller and account-servicing transactions while providing responsive customer support in alignment with bank policies. Support branch growth by identifying customer needs, recommending products and services, and generating referral business. Assist with operational coverage—balancing, ATM upkeep, opening/closing procedures, and supervisory coverage when needed—while maintaining compliance, security, and internal controls, including NMLS registration where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

•Process teller transactions accurately and support branch balancing and offsite ATM upkeep as required.
•Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate services through appropriate departments, and complete documentation/point-of-sale processing for new accounts, loans, and deposits.
•Identify client needs, recommend appropriate products and services, solicit new business, and maintain product knowledge to support referral goals.
•Serve as supervisor on duty when needed, provide periodic reports, and support branch coverage including Saturday work and assistance at other locations.
•Perform all duties per company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and support branch security, operational controls, and lending support (consumer/residential).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role; prior banking experience preferred.

•Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
•Position requires active Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration (or ability to secure upon hire), contingent upon successful completion of a credit report review.
