Key Responsibilities

  • •Use research, business and market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and maintain roadmaps.
  • •Translate digital/technology product and experience opportunities into initiatives and drive execution strategy.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (Business, UX, Technology, Ops, Marketing, etc.) to take products from idea through market validation.
  • •Continuously use data-driven problem-solving to improve product and experience performance against KPIs and KRIs.
  • •Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •4 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including experience across strategy/planning, innovation, user experience, process engineering, analytics, and research/testing.
  • •1 year of Customer Contact Channel experience within Insurance or Financial services industry (counts toward the minimum experience).
  • •Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions.
  • •Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
