Key Responsibilities

  • •Support portfolio planning, capacity management, and delivery planning across assigned IT portfolios.
  • •Coordinate demand intake and quarterly/PI planning activities, preparing capacity reports, assumptions, and readiness assessments.
  • •Perform demand-versus-capacity analysis and recommend resource allocation, staffing needs, and planning considerations.
  • •Manage portfolio financial processes including annual planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting.
  • •Maintain accurate portfolio data in the PPM platform and support governance reviews with status reports, metrics, dashboards, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in an IT function such as project management, planning, operations, or IT analysis.
