•Translate operating and financial data to identify business trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
•Set goals and monitor KPIs daily/weekly/monthly, implementing branch and area strategies and adjusting to changing market conditions. Leads implementation of emerging technologies with Field Support and leadership.
