Develop and implement manufacturing and tooling methodologies for complex aerospace programs, improving efficiency, quality, cost, and schedule. Work with design, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to support process development, producibility evaluation, and troubleshooting. Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), lead manufacturing plan execution, and apply Lean principles while collaborating across functions to deliver safe, compliant production.

•Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies to improve manufacturing outcomes.
•Participate as a leader and member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to integrate technical solutions.
•Lead and assist with implementation of manufacturing plans and support conceptual design and build program architecture.
•Resolve technical problems and assist with implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
•Implement Lean principles and technologies and collaborate with suppliers, professional associations, IPTs, and internal customers to support product and skills development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non-US equivalent directly related to the work statement.
•5+ years of experience related to product development (configuration management, design, integration, etc.).
•5+ years of experience researching and implementing new technologies and innovative practices in manufacturing processes for aerospace production.
•Knowledge of how release authority works (preferred).
•Experience with data analysis and/or process improvements (preferred).
