Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the R&D strategy to support the ServiceNow portfolio roadmap and innovation priorities.
  • •Lead engineering design and development of GenAI and agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents and workflow orchestration.
  • •Architect and oversee development of reusable assets such as solution accelerators, reference implementations, integration templates, developer tools, and test automation kits.
  • •Lead technical PoCs for ServiceNow modules, AI capabilities, platform extensions, and ecosystem technologies; validate feasibility before commercialization.
  • •Define engineering standards and ensure quality, security, and performance for assets throughout the prototype-to-offering lifecycle; mentor a global engineering community.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical background in ServiceNow development, architecture, or platform engineering.
  • •Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow App Engine, Integration Hub, and Automation Engine.
  • •GenAI capabilities including LLMs, vector search, embeddings, and orchestration.
  • •Experience leading innovation, R&D, PoCs, or solution engineering teams.
  • •Ability to translate strategic direction into engineering roadmaps and deliverables.
