Director/ Senior Director, Product, Materials Chemistry

Lead product strategy and execution for materials chemistry platforms that accelerate discovery and development of new materials. Set the long-term vision, roadmap, and portfolio priorities across organic and soft materials, translate chemistry into commercial programs with target product profiles, and drive concept-to-launch delivery spanning synthesis, simulation, lab automation, data engineering, and ML. Own success metrics and end-to-end commercial outcomes, while serving as the senior external technical/product voice.
