Key Responsibilities

•Responsibility for the technical development of policy wordings, endorsements and custom solutions for Aon clients.
•Ensuring consistency, quality and alignment to evolving market standards.
•Providing trusted advice and supporting client-facing teams with complex coverage interpretation.
•Providing guidance on client risk, claims scenarios and programme structure.
•Driving quality & governance and translating technical detail into clear, practical advice.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in insurance policy wording, coverage and technical advisory.
•Deep understanding of risk transfer and insurance programme design.
•Proven ability to interpret complex policy language and provide clear guidance.
•Experience working with brokers, insurers and complex corporate clients.
•Strong interested party management and influencing skills.
