Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the long-term product vision and strategy for Okta’s resilience backup and recovery roadmap.
  • •Design a secure self-service recovery center for tracking deletions/changes and reverting identity objects across the ecosystem.
  • •Collaborate with India-based engineering and development scrum teams to deliver scalable, high-performance backup and recovery.
  • •Translate complex, cross-functional requirements (Field, Pricing & Packaging, Support, Design, Product) into precise technical specifications.
  • •Analyze enterprise resilience needs to identify friction points and drive improvements in customer trust and platform experience.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
  • •BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience relevant to complex architectural decisions.
  • •Proven ability to create actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or highly ambiguous inputs.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience collaborating across global functions and time zones.
  • •Demonstrated business results from customer-facing platform capabilities shipped at scale.
