  • •Ensure uninterrupted facility operations with engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • •Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS) to maintain performance and uptime.
  • •Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • •Lead technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, coordinate recovery actions, and support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
  • •2+ years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
  • •Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • •Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
