•Oversee day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring commercial targets and timely invoicing are met.
•Provide technical direction and review work prepared by others, offering constructive feedback.
•Maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and develop proposals to win work.
•Manage hydrogeological data, develop conceptual models, and interpret data to support project outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Leadership of projects and line management of staff, providing environmental consultancy services at a high level to external and internal clients.
•Successful and proactive project management of more complex projects/tasks with strong commercial awareness and accountability, including timely invoicing.
•Has achieved Chartership or equivalent with a relevant professional body.
•Provides technical direction including robust reviews of technical work prepared by others with constructive and developmental feedback; uses software such as ConSim, LandSim, P20, FeFlow, Modflow, Seep/W.
•Develops hydrogeological conceptual models and manages hydrogeological data, interpreting data to inform projects.
