Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain backend systems and infrastructure for stablecoin-based money movement (pay-ins, payouts, deposits, withdrawals).
  • •Own key projects end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) from design through production.
  • •Build internal and external APIs that enable businesses and partners to embed stablecoin-powered payments into their products.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Infrastructure, Compliance) to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  • •Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across distributed systems, and mentor engineers on architectural best practices.

  • •5+ years building and operating large-scale backend systems, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto.
  • •Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Go or Java) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS or GCP), with hands-on distributed systems and API design experience.
  • •Track record serving as DRI for complex technical projects from system design through production deployment.
  • •Experience integrating with or building blockchain/crypto technologies such as stablecoins, on-chain payments, or smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Base).
