Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-End Process Architecture: Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing/intake (Zip) and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion).
  • •Dual-Platform Configuration: Act as the functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement. Build complex intake workflows in Zip while configuring Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle to match.
  • •Integration Ecosystem Management: Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration. Monitor data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data, ensuring in-flight changes are reflected across systems.
  • •Strategic Business Partnership: Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting; translate policies into precise logic within the tech stack.
  • •Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure Oracle remains audit-ready; map Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between Zip UI and Oracle GL.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model)
  • •1+ year of experience with Zip (Zip HQ)
  • •Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle including PR/PO, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • •Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs
  • •Ability to map complex cross-functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation
