Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant relationships, serving as primary accountability for partnership health and growth.
  • •Develop and execute client-aligned account strategies based on client objectives and American Express priorities.
  • •Build executive stakeholder relationships across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership.
  • •Drive business growth by expanding B2B payment solutions, American Express Offers, advertising products, Resy participation, and other value-added services.
  • •Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver against portfolio objectives to support sustainable growth.
