Key Responsibilities

  • •Closing OPS EBITDA and visibility on financial performance.
  • •Gatekeeping East Ops BBP financial processes (monthly, AOP, SP, ZBB).
  • •Coordinate with ops functions (PROC/MFG/LOG) and advise in key outlook projections.
  • •Involved in Strat Plan and budget projections for Ops functions.
  • •Set up and drive monthly performance reviews (MPR) with OPS Functions and coordinate executive decks for reporting financials & initiatives tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 4 years of experience in Finance (FP&A, manufacturing finance, Logistics finance, procurement finance or Commercial Finance).
  • •Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
  • •Logical thinking to simplify complexity and bring solutions to the business.
  • •Ability to communicate in a simple manner and manage interactions with many stakeholders.
  • •Data management skills are preferred (Tableau, Power BI, SAP, Alteryx, VBA, etc.)
