Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to external communications including press releases, talking points, Q&As, media statements, executive remarks, social copy, award nominations, and web copy.
  • •Support planning, writing, editing, implementation, and measurement of integrated communication plans across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
  • •Assist with media outreach and tracking impact, including pitches, nominations, and responding to media inquiries with results reporting.
  • •Prepare and coordinate media training and briefing materials for executives and subject matter experts ahead of interviews, panels, and public engagements.
  • •Monitor industry trends, build relationships with subject matter experts, and track/report communications performance metrics.

Salary: USD 54,500 - 89,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Relations, or Public Relations, or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience in a related area.
  • •Proven copywriting skills with alignment to brand standards (a writing test may be assigned).
  • •Experience supporting media relations activities, including media outreach, pitch development, and responding to inquiries.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (including Copilot) and ability to effectively use digital/AI communication technologies.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
