Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and conduct problem-solving exercises to uncover the true challenges and root causes of strategic and operational issues, and create actionable plans that drive effective, long-lasting change.
  • •Conduct a combination of primary and secondary research, data analyses and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to solve problems, refine strategies and implement transformations.
  • •Lead, guide and develop more junior members of the department in their work and leadership abilities as part of our apprenticeship-based model.
  • •Present results and recommendations to stakeholders, including department heads and senior leaders, and implement them alongside functional owners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in business management and/or consulting.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a definite advantage.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage complex programs.
  • •Strong research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
