Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and manage success plans with objectives and tasks aligned to customer business outcomes.
  • •Conduct technology assessments, roadmap reviews, deployment guidance, and day-2 operations guidance to drive desired-state results.
  • •Recommend adoption guidance and workshops by identifying customer use cases and opportunities.
  • •Present progress and achievements through Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders up to CxO level.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional VMware teams to deliver outcome-focused value across the customer journey and adjust plans as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of related experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree).
  • •Proven customer-facing experience in roles such as TAM, Solution Engineer, or technology consultant, delivering outcomes for enterprise customers.
  • •Experience with VMware multi-cloud products and virtualization capabilities (e.g., vSphere/VCF/VVF, Cloud services/VMC-AWS/vCloud Director, NSX, or automation/monitoring).
  • •Ability to create success plans, deliver roadmap assessments, and provide solution guidance and best-practices reviews focused on performance optimization.
  • •Top Secret security clearance with polygraph required.
