Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and deliver HR solutions aligned to business needs.
  • •Explore, pilot, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve core HR processes and talent strategies.
  • •Support planning, delivery, and facilitation of core HR processes such as performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, succession planning, associate surveys, and organizational design.
  • •Develop walk-around decks, communications, data analysis, and training materials for managers and associates, including facilitator sessions or “train the trainer” sessions.
  • •Leverage data-driven insights to consult on strategic initiatives and share best practices based on corporate banking industry trends; may require occasional travel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of client-facing experience or at least 4 years of consulting experience (or a combination).
  • •At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in Google Suite products.
  • •Preferred: Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification (or a combination).
