Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all warehouse operations: inward, putaway, picking, outbound, and inventory for Mondelez DC.
  • •Ensure timely GR and putaway, with accurate batch-wise processing and FIFO/FEFO picking and dispatch.
  • •Plan required manpower based on volume fluctuations and lead a team of 30+ staff.
  • •Maintain stock and batch accuracy, analyze and close inventory-related issues, and ensure hygiene in cold and dry storage areas.
  • •Handle customer/depot queries and escalations, collect PODs regularly, ensure ACCs collection before the 10th of the month, and manage stock transfers and zone/locs finalization.

  • •Responsible for end-to-end warehouse functions including inward, putaway, picking, outbound, and inventory control.
  • •Ability to manage batch-wise SKU unloading with timely GR and putaway.
