Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order through design, procurement, implementation, construction, and handover for medium voltage electrical/automation projects.
  • •Build and manage project teams and run kick-off and regular meetings to align stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules and risk registers, and proactively mitigate issues.
  • •Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
  • •Act as single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning, and ensure success across safety, customer satisfaction, and timing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Accredited project management certification with construction site focus (advantage).
  • •Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, ideally with data center/medium voltage infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong electrical engineering background and/or training in data center/medium voltage technologies and systems, including medium voltage power management/power control.
  • •Professional-level English and ability to travel/work within EMEA without restrictions (driving license preferred/required).
