Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on procurement and contracting strategies; manage vendor prequalification, bid reviews, bid interviews, and appointment processes.
  • •Develop and review construction cost estimates, present estimates to clients, and provide value engineering recommendations and risk assessments.
  • •Manage cost reporting and forecasting, including budgets and spend forecasts, commercial risk registers, and periodic meetings with clients, project teams, and vendors.
  • •Oversee cost control by reviewing payment applications, coordinating contractor entitlements, and advising on change order requests.
  • •Support dispute prevention and resolution, manage invoicing processes, handle final account agreements and post-contract audits, and lead project closeout and lessons learned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a cost management or quantity surveying role in construction.
  • •Experience supporting medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting life sciences/pharmaceutical/biotechnology/laboratory/manufacturing projects (preferred).
  • •Construction consultancy experience preferred; RICS accredited or actively working toward accreditation preferred.
